Troupe 8886 was founded in 2019 at Bellerose Composite High School, joining 22 Thespian troupes in Canada. Since then is has inducted 26 members. Under our Troupe Director, Judy Smallwood, and amazing team of Officers we hope to continue to encourage participation in theatre at our school.

Past Events
As a troupe we often put on fun, student led events to encourage theatre participation in our school and help raise funds to support performances by our school. Have a look at some of the photos from these events!
Improv Night
Three of our Thespians: Rebekah, Grant and Matthew, organized a fun improv night for students to attend and have some fun being silly. They arranged several games to play, points to be awarded, judges to give feedback and three award categories. A great night!
Fashion and Costuming Runway Show
Three of our Thespians: Lauren, Cyrena and Sarah, organized a fashion show to display the hard work that goes into costumes. They pulled garments from various Bellerose productions including Sister Act, Chicago, and Beauty and the Beast. Such a beautiful night!

Troupe Information
As a member of ITS, students will be honoured on an international level and have access to resources beyond those of the school.
